Dr Michael Musk graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1998. Specialist Respiratory and Sleep Medicine training was undertaken and completed at Royal Perth Hospital in 2006. Fellowship training in Lung Transplantation and Pulmonary Vascular Disease was completed in 2006 and 2007 at The Prince Charles Hospital, Brisbane Queensland. Current appointments include Medical Head of the Western Australian Lung Transplant Unit, Consultant Physician Western Australian Advanced Lung Disease and Pulmonary Hypertension Service based at Royal Perth Hospital.
He specialises in all aspects of general respiratory medicine with special interests in Interstitial Lung Disease, Pulmonary Vascular Disease, Surgical management of Emphysema, Lung Transplantation and Interventional Bronchoscopy.
