Dr Justin Waring
Respiratory Physician
Justin Waring graduated from the University of Western Australia Medical School in 1990, and was granted Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College Physicians (FRACP) in 1998. He did his postgraduate training principally at Royal Perth Hospital, specializing in Thoracic Medicine. In 2000 he worked in London in a NHS Hospital Respiratory Unit where he acquired skills in Tuberculosis Medicine as well as general respiratory medicine. From January 2001 he has worked as a consultant physician in the Respiratory Medicine Department at Royal Perth Hospital and as the Medical Director of the Western Australian Tuberculosis Control Program. He established a private practice in Respiratory Medicine in 1999, and through this practises general respiratory medicine with specialist expertise in pulmonary infectious diseases.
