Egg allergy

Egg allergy is also often first detected when a child has their first meal of egg. It is common when egg cooked at low temperatures is eaten (like scrambled egg for example) but less common when egg is eaten cooked in cakes and biscuits. Most (about 80%) of egg allergic children out grow their allergy.
